STL WELS Certification Process
- Client enquiry & model submission Clients send in their enquiry along with pictures of the models of the products to be tested.
- Assessment & quotation STL reviews the models and provides a detailed quotation together with sample requirements and testing lead time.
- Acknowledgement & sample submission Once the quotation is accepted and payment is made, clients send in the required testing samples as specified.
- Testing begins Testing starts immediately upon receipt of samples. Lead time depends on the specific tests outlined in the quotation.
- Issuance of test reports STL issues comprehensive test reports once testing is completed.
- Certification follow-up If all tests are passed, our certification team works with the client to prepare the WELS application.
- Submission to PUB STL submits the finalized application documents to PUB for review.
- PUB approval & label issuance PUB assesses the application and issues the WELS labels upon approval.
- Delivery of WELS labels STL provides the official WELS labels to the client once received from PUB.
